Anyone get tracking numbers yet after the merge?

Ordered a jet black 128GB from Apple.ie earlier,gave a delivery of early November😩
....,,,,,only copped todays crash in sterling afterwards so I'm going to cancel & reorder a Matt-Black via the UK saving myself the guts of €100 & about 3 weeks wait timeðŸ‘ðŸ»

Is that necessary? I thought cards where only charged on despatch not order? So you'll get whatever rate applies on the day.

it's not,,,, card gets charged just as phone is being loaded on to the UPS/DHL/TNT truckðŸ‘ðŸ»

they're cutting the wait time though

Can you order on Apple UK on line store using and Irish Credit Card?

I see from this thread you need to use a Parcel motel Address to have delivered to Ireland but wondering about the payment process...?

Yes, its not a problem. Just make sure the billing address is your home address that's linked to the card.

Mine said that yesterday Maddie then said in transit to sustomer yesterday afternoon and hasn't changed since, rang apple only to be told it's still merging in the U.K. Like WTF there telling porkies now, no tracking info yet.

Apple use them for all their deliveries within UK. Pretty good and always on time.

Surely if it's handing it over to final carrier it, the est delivery will shorten quite a bit

Seriously - what are Apple and UPS playing at?? Made in China, sent to Korea and then to Hong Kong, its anyones guess where its off to now and tomorrows delivery is out the window. UPS now saying Friday but I reckon Monday at this rate.

Every Tuesday & Friday Vodafone stores get a few of each in,if available.They've
had plus 7's 32GB & 256GB a good few times since launch.Just don't expect to be
notified via email.....those mails are always days late.

It looks like our orders are on the same plane, I done a bit of google search and found a thread on apple forums related to UK UPS deliveries. The orders are currently most likely en-route to Cologne from Hong Kong and should land shortly. Afterwards, the parcels should make their way to Ireland rather quickly based on what I read on the Apple forums.

Correct. Mine left Hong Kong for Cologne and has been scanned for delivery in Dublin this morning. Delivery back to today's date.

My parcel has been received at UPS in Dublin around 5:54am, yet it says the expected delivery is on Friday (tomorrow). Is your parcel out for delivery already?

The eagle has landed, so I shall now be departing this thread for the post delivery experience.

For others that are still waiting here are the details of the scenic route my Black 7+ 256GB took to get to Naas, I'm expecting lots of pics on it from its extended stays in China and Korea!!

Looks like UPS loves making me wait, same times as you but they didn't send it out for delivery even though I live in Dublin.


EDIT: I just received it! It appears they just forgot to scan the parcel before they loaded it onto UPS van.
