Hi VUDuo2.

Unfortunately I am not sure on the 6470 version as this it not a screen that we have stocked.
I think this may be a currys exclusive.

Looking at the specs for the both screens they seem to be the same. Both 1500Hz, same amount of HDMI's, same smart features.

Is's selling at our competitor for the same price as our 6400 at £599.00 but only comes with a one year warranty.

The 6400 with ourselves comes with our own 6 year Guarantee. Shipping would be £6.99

I hope this is of help.

Let me know what you think.

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for coming back to me there.

I've decided to go for a better model and I believe the Samsung UE49KS7000 is supposed to be a cracker ??

I see your price is £1107 inc. delivery, to Dublin.

There is one concern I have ( which I am nearly certain is probably pure spiel from Harvery Norman !!)
I checked with them to see if they could beat your price and warranty and here's their respone ;

Hi Gerry unfortunately we cannot match this price as they are based up the north and we can only match competitor prices within Dublin and any warranty issues with them would mean you will need to send the product back u to the north to richersounds. All of our Dublin competitors are retailing at 1499 euro.

Hi VUDuo,

Now that the smoke has stopped coming out of my ears - I'll explain in a calm manner that our 6 year TV warranty covers the ROI and NI - its an 'at home warranty' which means that  a service engineer or courier will call out to your home and collect or repair your TV ( that goes for all TV's over 39") - you can check out the details on our warranty page here ( just scroll down to the TV section) :
http://euro.richersounds.ie/t-six-year.aspx

To be fair to our competitor - you may want to edit the names above as the information they have given you is completely untrue, I'm assuming is based on ignorance and doesn't reflect well on what I would assume are their normally ethical sales procedures.

Their own T's and C's say they they will pricematch 'competitors with physical retail stores in Ireland' ( I don't think Ireland is restricted to Dublin) - last time I checked we did have a physical retail store in Ireland :D - but from their website I can not see that they offer the KS7000 with any extended warranty as standard.

Keep me posted,

John Mc & Crew
