I know we are only at pick #5, but Adams is falling further than expected already.

You'd imagine that will end with the Jets next at #6.

I like Steve smith SR on the NFL network.

this board is perfect for the Jets. Dont **** it up!!

Titans have some incredible options available in the secondary.

    But yeah forget about that....

Some great value picks already. The Jets lucked into Williams two years ago if they hold off on QB they just got similar luck.

Jets had him in for a visit and told him theres no way he'd fall to them!
Odd pick for the Titans, felt they could have got him with the later 1st pick

Good pick there, I think I'd have went Lattimore there but good pick none the less.

    Jamal Adams seems really angry.

I mean I guess I would be if I had to play for Jets but still.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,367 ✭✭✭BrentMused

Is Mark Sanchez in 2009 the last time the Jets went offense in the 1st round?

Rich eisen didnt like hearing the jets being called the worst roster in the league.

CB is definitely a bigger area of need, but I'm going to guess that his injuries and the depth in this draft is why they went Adams

Schefter can't help himself, 5 minutes before the Chargers pick

    @AdamSchefter

Looks like an early WR run....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭the baby bull elephant

Didn't think the Chargers would pass on Hooker...

  • Please **** I hope the eagles don't take a receiver now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Hooker, Howard, Allen and Lattimore all still on the board

    MCcaffrey perhaps lads

The Panthers pick La La Land

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭the baby bull elephant

I think that's a good pick for the Panthers. Feel his durability concerns are a bit overstated.

I thought we wouldn't pass on Jonathan Allen, hooker scared me only one year of production and recovering from injuries,

I find it very surprising given the talent available at the position that a CB hasn't gone yet and we are now through 9 picks. I guess the huge level of depth is the primary cause?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭the baby bull elephant

    Absolutely loving this receiver run.

Crazy amount of defensive talent on the board

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Kansas trade up, are they going after a QB?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,333 ✭✭✭brinty

    Kansas trade with buffalo

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭the baby bull elephant

    G'wan take Watson, Chiefs.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,028 ✭✭✭tripperman

Chiefs just traded must be for Watson,

Can't believe the top 3 receivers are gone top 9

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Chiefs gave up this years 1st and 3rd and next years first, good business for the Bills

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭the baby bull elephant

    WOW

I haven't paid any attention since the bears pick, trying to get my head around it. Initial reaction was complete disbelief and disappointment. I guess Ryan pace is staking his career in this guy. I just can't see right now the value in the trade, with so much defensive talent on the board. If he ends up working out of course it was the right thing to do, but right now it's hard to understand.

Looks like it was good news in the eyes of virtually every other team in the draft though...

    And a ****ing packers fan.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,263 ✭✭✭letowski

    Wow

That is a terrible, terrible move from the Chiefs IMO.

I cannot believe what they have given up to take Mahomes. He is never an NFL QB as long as I have a hole in my arse.

Holy crap, that's an amazing pick.

Pleassseeeeee let lattimore fall to the Eagles

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,510 ✭✭✭Hazys

    Mahones is worth 2x 1sts and a 3rd.

    Trubisky is worth a 1st, 2x 3rds and a 4th.

What is Jimmy G worth then?

  • I would be sceptical but Andy died is exactly the right guy you want him training under
