    Hello

    Hadn't hit a ball in about 2 years. Then went to driving range last week and hit about 50 balls.

    I literally immediately got a blister on the top of my left index finger. (Right hander with left hand on top)

    Would this mean I'm gripping the crap out of the club OR just that my hands are just soft/not used to it.

    hopefully with practice, they will harden up.
