Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bailly looks a gem of a player.

Been unimpressed with Sane since he's come on. Dallies to long on the ball and doesn't seem comfortable in the system yet.

Missed the second half until now but why are City playing so deep?

I don't know how City have not conspired to concede again the way they were defending.

Good game, United yet to find their strongest 11.

Deserved win for City, they the team to catch.

Wouldn't be surprised to see caballero back between the sticks next week.! City made hard work of it due to the keeper error but were much the better team all in all.

I think they all but maxed out on their pressing in the first half. utter control and domination by them in the first 45.

Jaysus, Bravo wasn't up to much there! Deserved win for city but united showed alot in the second half

two good teams, City just look a level above football wise, but United physicality will blow alot of teams away

No complaints, we didn't come out until the second half.

City should have had at least one more, we could have had a couple ourselves.

Don't think I've enjoyed a game that we've lost in quite some time.

    On we go.

Infuriating, even embarrassing at times, in the first half, but much to be proud of in the last 50 minutes. Great recovery, even without the points.

    Pogba 100m ????

United had enough chances to tie that up, Bravo is a mess and they knew exactly what to do, just lump them into the box on him.

Really impressed by city their passing game was sensational. Good start to the 2nd half from United but all city otherwise.

    Pathetic performance from pogba

100%, not a bad refereeing performance by any stretch.

He refused to give Rooney a yellow until it was unavoidable. Fellani's yellow was very harsh too. Wasn't a terrible performance, but it wasn't great either.

First game in a completely different league up against awkward physical players like Big Bird and Zlatan. Very nervy but he's had very little if any time to work with that defence.

True but in spite of themselves in the end.
United need consistency from now on to keep any sort of pace with city in the league, Bravo looks like an accident waiting to happen and could cost city points.

Guardiola teams fondness for tactical fouling is nauseating to watch when your team are trying to get back into the game. City look schizophrenic, incredible going forward and shaky at the back with a calamity keeper.

United look devoid of ideas, disallowed goal was a howler, Zlatan should have been hauled off after an hour, hopefully he doesn't keep receiving special treatment if he's not delivering.

    Glazers Out!

Unlucky in the end to not get a point. City were brilliant for 35-40 minutes but after that there wasn't much in it. De Bruyne is something else. Defeat but I'm not totally disappointed, the 2nd half display was a definite improvement.

That united team has umpteen issues, city would be my favourite's for the league with chelsea and arsenal jousting for second.

It was mostly on edge because of the bad defending though. All 3 goals were really avoidable to be honest. There was a good tempo to it though and I did enjoy it.

Remember de geas early woes? I wouldn't be judging a keepers compatibility based on a few shaky moments. Stones had a similar game to be honest.

City all over that United right hand side today.

Exactly. I thought Bravo's clusterf**k was a turning point as City looked very comfortable up to that.
Thought Jose was too slow with the changes too.

United fan here and Pogba was sh1te. Utterly so.

Best team won. United showed heart and is encouraging but City's team looked more settled and more in tune with what each other was doing. And De Bruyne is class. A real thoroughbred. Bad day for United but we will be back
