Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Worst individual performance I've seen in a United jersey in years. That includes the ads our players have been in. He's been astronomically bad.

    Really? Worse then Rooney today.

Granted i'm flicking between the Celtic game and this game but everytime I see Rooney with the ball he either crosses into the first man or gives it away.

Myktarian doesn't look great either, but I thought Roonet would be first off, or at least moved further up front. Doesn't seem to have the awarness or the passing skills this deep.

Bar the keeper howlers they have been solid.

Yeah they dealt with everything fine apart from the Kepper throwing the game.

Fascinating watching the replay of Iheanacho's goal. Literally everyone for both City and United just stop and watch the ball when de Bruyne hits it.

Worse then any 45 Rooney has had this season or last. I would love to see his stats from that half. He gave the ball away so often. Didn't win a single 50/50, didn't win any 70/30s even. Worst 45 I've seen in a long, long time.

    C+. Could do better.

Midfield two getting run around, will he bring in a DM to sit in front of back 4?

Where is Mikel? Have hardly used him since we signed him.

Going forward I don't think Fellaini is the partner for Pogba. Pogba needs to have someone who'll hold the centre while he does his thing.

The worst thing about Bravo's mistake for the goal is we are now going to have to endure nonsense bull**** about how difficult it is for goalkeepers in the premier league and how apparently a ball being crossed into the box is something that only happens in the premier league and Bravo would never have had to deal with something like that before.

They will be crucified if they don't win the league :p

Yeah...... The keeper is a pretty important part. His head went after the goal and united need to put pressure on him in the 2nd half.

City very tidy in possession all the same so it's very difficult to create the opportunities to get at bravo.

Can't be any worse than Bravo at dealing with crosses though.

    Oh wait...

Rashers and Herrara on for Miki and Lingard.

    Correct sub's.

I actually thought Ibra had been dreadful up to the goal as well.

    Changes upcoming

Herrara and Rashford on, Lingard and Mkhitaryan off.

    4-3-3, here we go!

So will United start lumping the high balls into the box now or is that just not Jose's way?

Good changes. 100% agree. As long as someone gets the role to pick up de bruyne.

    Come on Rashford.

Correct changes. Now to get at these

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,404 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Sterling has been one of the worse players on the pitch so far.
    Giving possession away non-stop.

As much as Iheanacho and Rashford are the two stars of the future for both sides, I feel they're completely different players. Rashford showing there just how good he is.

Playing ****e and could be 4 2 up.

  • Subscribers Posts: 32,855 ✭✭✭✭5starpool

Stones was as much at fault as Bravo really. He got a shout but still went up for the ball. Things like that happen when the new keeper hasn't even trained with the team.

This game will end up 3-2 now I'd say, not sure to who though.

How? I don't remember any clear cut chances for them apart from the two goals...

From less than 6 shots on target. Makes sense.

That's not a yellow. That's the one time Fellaini didn't intentionally put out his elbow!!

  • Never a yellow

  • Subscribers Posts: 32,855 ✭✭✭✭5starpool

Fellaini is famous for the elbow throws, but there was very little in that one though.

Kel with a goal and assisit Rashford with a turn.

Kelechi using his abilities, Rashford using his.

Different players, both stars of the future for their respective teams.

Don't know what your post is trying to say there.

Bravo looks like he really doesn't want to be on the pitch now. Not a penalty, but still awful play.
