I am wondering about the references we will need, hse say 2 personal references would that be 2 each? Unfortunately we don't really have any close friends that we would see on a regular basis (our children are grown up, we moved to a new area and we both come from small family) will this be a problem for us? We really want to be able to give a child/children a caring stable home . Any advice on the application process would be really appreciated.
