I know....was just saying Nicky should do main host and bring someone else in for his job

    Sorry, I misunderstood you.

NB is perfect for the soft post dance interviews etc. no way should be let doing main host.

They should go all out and get Brendan but knowing RTÉ they’ll settle for the awful Kathryn Thomas or some other insider.

Am I alone in thinking Amanda wasn't all that bad?

Hopefully she won't be replaced by Kathryn. The fact that Operation Transformation would be on at the same time makes me think she couldn't do both shows anyway.

I wonder could a former contestant replace Amanda?

Sorry I know this is waaayyy off topic but does anyone else find it weird that Vogue and your man Spencer had a magazine deal for their wedding that's currently out (can't remember which magazine). They are on the front cover of it but yet inside there is only 4 pages of coverage of just shots of themselves, no bridal party or guests bar one shot of some randomers slightly in the background!
Maybe I'm out of touch with how exclusive wedding rights go but I thought it was fairly sparse given that they waited 2 months to release the pictures.
I might hop over to the Stingiest thread and own up that I didnt even buy the magazine, just thumbed through it in a supermarket!

With all the names being thrown around, Laura Whitmore, Vogue, Deirdre O Kane and Una Healy, the only one of those 4 I could tolerate would be Una Healy

And please dont let it be Aoibhin Garrihy !

    How about Karen Koster?

    How about Karen Koster?

Unlikely as she's employed by TV 3.

I think Una Healy possibly or Vogue Williams.

I couldn't see Deirdre O'Kane doing it. I think she kind of clashed with them last year.

Is Vogue Williams not due to have a baby shortly before the series begins?
I hate that I know that, btw!

Is she not an independent contractor though, as supposed to an actual member of the VMT staff? I think she'd be awesome.
Also, the fact that Vogue lives in London would probably make her even LESS likely.

I had her forgotten about until Yesterday when a new character came into Fair City that reminded me of her.

I think Karen Koster should go for it, I know I said it in an earlier post but I think she'd be great.

It might lead to the return of Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh?

Karen Koster please, she'd be brilliant. It would be nice to have her on RTE for a change.
