To be fair she is most well known as a model to the general public. Even if she doesn't model any more. They were hardly going to introduce her as "here's Holly, she sells jewellery online".

She was a model? They must have been stuck at a fashion show once

I think the best dancer should win this competition and that's Johnny Ward. Whether he should be there or not is a discussion for another day IMO.

He’s brilliant and a lovely, hard working honest guy. He’ll win and deserves it

awful song choice by Cliona. what on earth were they thinking going for that, i knew they were going to struggle as soon as i heard that song.

It’s so slow and drab I always hated it. Mind numbingly boring and worst Irish Eurovision winner. It’s maudling crap

Who will go tonight?? It was to be nice but dim Fred.

I can't see Fred surviving tonight but it's not impossible. He has to do better than Mairead. There's no way he can surpass Cliona and Johnny. I don't really rate Mairead but in a head-to-head with Fred she'd most likely be saved by the judges who do like her.
He's done remarkably well to get this far and he's not a bad dancer. Some dances suit him much better than others do - he's poor at anything slow or waltzy but pretty good at something more fast-moving. He's also suffered a bit from the "he's-a-comedian-so-he-must-be-crap" prejudice which Bernard did his utmost to implant into the show last year.
I'd be amazed if he got through tonight though.

Horrible cow. A fake protege of her grandmother and mother.
Nothing to do with GAA or anything. The public couldn’t stand her. And they’re not wrong. Simple as

Can't argue with any of that!

I can’t bare her. She had virtually no redeeming features or like ability whatsoever. Even Vogue Williams has a smidgen of humility at times, this yoke never stops digging.

Am expecting some Riverdance on this show and will be very upset if not.

Fair play to Robert for adjusting to pick up the stray scarf . I liked that but wasn't blown away

  • Registered Users Posts: 204 ✭✭Ryaner179

A dance were he sat down for a third of it gets 1 point less then an actual dance? what a joke

Great to see Giulia getting some recognition there - Fred would not have lasted as long without somebody playing to his strengths like she does

  • Registered Users Posts: 204 ✭✭Ryaner179

Johnny going last for the third time this series.....

This isn't one of her better dances in my opinion , a bit clumpy .

  • Registered Users Posts: 204 ✭✭Ryaner179

She is just kicking her leg instead of flicking it?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭Andrew00

    Maireads legs are delicious

  • Registered Users Posts: 204 ✭✭Ryaner179

Thought when she came out from under his legs it looked a bit stilted but Mairead looks lovely and has done well so far.
