    Less than 1% can become an Olympian. To win gold you're 1 in 100,000 at least.

    For those, like me, who remember Michael Carruth, age 26, winning gold in Barcelona in 1992 it's hard to look at him shuffling in his mid 50s having not stayed in shape.

    There’s some really good dancers in it this year

    I cannot stand Lottie...you could see she was raging with those scores

    Loved grainne...delighted they scored well!
    Her and Aiden in the final for me!!

    Often the case, too small, too slow, too soft mentally, too nice etc.

    Shane Williams in rugby comes to mind. Often these people have to work harder on their weaknesses and that will overcome the less hard working but more talented at a younger age.

    Could see Brian Dowling in trouble tonight. He's middle of the road and most forgettable.

    Ryan, Aidan, Grainne, Sinead and Lottie unlikely to be voted off.

    Mary, Michael & Fr Ray all appear to have a lot of support.
