    Hi,

    Anybody living at Oldgrange Wood Monasterevin? Are the houses good quality?
    I'm thinking about buying a house there and would like to know if the builder is reliable/build quality/what to look for...

    houses are great.... but dealing with the builder is awful.
    the person is never available, extremely rude and everything relating to schedules seems to be an issue.
    you can also expect a difference between what you are buying and... "extras".
