Does anybody know any mechanics in limerick that specialise in Ford? Or maybe worked in the main dealers and are now independent. Not the main dealers thanks.

Not sure but seems to specialise in ford, Volvo, vw, BMW etc. I think he used to be in elm motors. Also, a regular poster here and in motors, McLove, uses him as far as I know and he drives a Mondeo so he'll be better to ask.

I use Aidan myself and I had an unusual problem with my Focus that he was able to solve through his contacts with the main dealer .

I've never seen a garage so busy. Often has 7 or 8 cars on the go at once. He seriously needs a bigger space

I'll give him a go. Does he mind people supplying their own parts?

Nope. Got a bit of suspension and steering work done by him on a Volvo I had and I supplied the parts. I'd say he'd prefer to supply the parts himself but didn't mind at the same time. He did get me a second had alternator for very little at one stage too. He isn't cheap for labor by the way and not scandalously expensive but your car will be in very good hands.

Joe McCarthy in hospital is good with ford. Pretty sure he is ex ford.
Fitted a mondeo engine for me when no one else would touch it.. Would recommend him. I supplied the motor and he hadn't an issue.
I can pm his number if you like.
    Marty.

I can get my parts for less than he can more than likely so if I can't supply my own it's a no go. I'll drop into him tomorrow and see how I get on. Thanks.

    Indeed I do thanks SG!

I bring both a BMW and Mondeo into him and I find him to be one of the best indy's in Limerick
