I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to the various styles and categories of electronic music, so when I say I'd describe it as downplayed hypnotic electronic dance music, please take my ignorance into account.

The trouble is I've no clue what it is, what style it is, or, anything really. I want to find more like it. Can anyone give me some ideas of artist(e)s or albums or where to look to find something similar?
