I took the bike out yesterday evening for the first spin since and noticed the front end gets quite unstable above 40 mph. I took it back in just did a quick check as it was getting dark the front wheel is turning true but that's all I checked so far. Any ideas what I should check out for? Id prefer to fix it myself if possible as I do most things myself anyway.

sounds like loose head stock bearings to me .
