11-09-2016 1:55pm#1The final stage and Quintana has it in the bag. Probably the best grand tour of the year and some great finishes. Flat stage today with 8 laps of the finishing circuit. Hopefully we,ll get some decent TV images today from the air unlike last year when airspace over Madrid was locked down. The womens is currently live on Eurosport aswell.1. The weather

There will be a light wind from a southerly direction which means that the rides will mainly have a headwind in the first part. On the finishing circuit, there will be a headwind in the middle section and a tailwind on the finishing straight.3
