Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, just hoping to get some anecdotal feedback from anyone who has had metatarsal breaks.

I broke my 5th twice this year (Jones fracture) and had fixation surgery 6-7 weeks ago.

If you went through anything similar:
    • How long before you went back training?
    • Did you do any physio or mobility work?
    • How is it feeling now?
    • Are you able to DL and Squat?
    • You ever go back to any other sports?

didnt need surgery just wore a boot to correct it (same metatarsal)

rested it for 6months post boot. no physio or impact sport during that time

no difference now, can't feel anything strange. play football, dl and squat all good
