    Dave Grohl is a beast!

Gotta love their confidence. They said earlier they'd smash Glasto, and boy are they delivering!

Know your audience and market. Dave does so many side projects as does Taylor. Chris has his country music gigs as well. This pays the bills

    Rock anthems are ****ing great.

No ****ing hypster or rock n roll intellect is going to put a downer on this epic show.

I think the Foo Fighters are putting on an unbelievable show. No pricking around - just ensuring that everyone enjoys themselves.

I can see my kids in 20 years time treating Dave Grohl with the same respect my friends and I would have for Bruce Springsteen.

Yep. What rock bands used to do.

Too easy to play the album version.

    Grohl is a great frontman.

If he plays everlong on his own, watch him have 40 odd thousand people in the palm of his hand

The drummer is wearing a t-shirt from a guitar shop I frequent. He must have visited it whilst in London before the show. Might ask them next time I'm in.

Over at NOS Alive in Lisbon. Be some contrast to the pissing rain in Slane, although that'll be the only difference cos it'll be great.

Live rock & roll at it's finest!! They really put on one hell of a show. Been 10 yrs since I've seen them live. Watching this set makes me need to see them live again soon :D

17 since I've seen them in the olympia, wasn't mad about anything they did since bar the hits. :o

Was lucky enough to see them in the SFX in 1995

Brilliant stuff, they were great in Slane too. Saw them in Belfast too a few years ago. They are unreal live.

Enjoy, I'll be off to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in Hyde Park on July 8th. Dave drummed for them briefly back in the day
