Hi, Basically, I paid for a weekly Black bin collection and Panda have changed the terms to Bi-Weekly. I paid for the year to December and people who only got bi weekly collections got it cheaper. So I have been Fiddled out of the difference. Any suggestions on how I go about requesting the difference?
