I have paid for a monthly subscription but I don't appear to have been given any of the extra privileges nor can I access the subscribed forum. Can someone look into this for me? Many thanks.

Sorry - I missed this. Unfortunately, there is a delay in getting the subscriptions sorted. We're tracking the subs issues in this thread in Feedback.
