    Really superb tech support from Adam (Coolock xchange) who called out to my house today to fix an intermittent broadband problem.  He really went the extra mile and checked everything back to the VDSL cabinet. People like that are why I'm still with you guys.  

    This is supposed to be a question so "why can't you get more great people like him?"
