Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Big time, Go to Mick Garage or any motor factors close by, Get a quote on the parts alone.

Buy them bring them to a mechanic and ask for a price on labour to have them fitted.

If its over 200 euro I would go to the next garage.

Hour job for anyone with correct tools and ramp.

Note Micks Garage is a website for service parts not a actual Garage.

I paid €325 for Audi to do the front pads and discs on my A5 when it was in for a service recently. So yes. You're being ripped off!

Not consumables like brake pads or disks.

But if you used inferior parts like poor disks that warped and overheated your caliper and you tried to claim for that under warranty they might say piss off. So use high quality parts.

Eg brand new van I replaced all pads with brembo.

They went through the basic quality discs quite fast. So I just replaced them myself. It's not fault of manufacturer.
