Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No they are not the same. The 1.9 CDTI 150 needs these tools:

The 1.6 petrol has different locking tools and the 1.4 petrol has a timing chain, not a belt.

Cheers, bear in mind the 1.4 although chain driven still requires locking tools to remove the chain

Get the locking tools for sure, holding back the cams while you install the belt is like trying to get a mad cat in a shoe box

I was helping a friend with a water pump and timing belt on his truck, without the extra set of hands I would have never been able to install the belt on my own... lesson learned... get the tools :)

oh yeah the cat, the four paws of claws won in the end
