Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    FFS. No Firmino apparently.

Rachel and numbers very corny from Sky.

The others have to step up..... Firmino will inevitably miss games here and there.

Coutinho should be fresh & should have at least one striker in front of him & Mane providing width. Lallana in fine form currently.

It'd be great if they could both lose

Pool to win by possession, but not actually scoring any goals

I suppose it's interesting for utd folk. Mourinho might be overseeing a run of form at utd to rival Chelsea last season. 2 defeats on the trot can turn into a "nice" run quickly :)

    Ejaria on the bench.

Wonder who puts more miles on the clock tonight Klopp or Conte? Will they match the players on the pitch for mileage? :D

Firmino is a loss. Wonder when Chelsea will start using Marcos Alonso

    Liverpool bench looking very weak

With the dreadful Luiz starting, Liverpool should win this if they're remotely up for it.

United lost to both City and Feyenoord - that's the same thing, isn't it?

I predict a close game with a final score of 4 chelsea player death threats to 3 pairs of broken glasses.

Firmino is a big loss the way Klopps teams play. Coutinho isn't a bad replacement though, but I hope we're not lacking energy in the high press tonight because of his absence.

Small sample size of course, but Liverpool's league record under Klopp without Firmino.

    P 10, W 1, D 6, L 3

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Please say something about Coutinho being bad, thanks :p

It's only been 4 games since Coutinho's last good one, and it's usually a 10 game cycle.

So the odds aren't in his favour

I think I've watched Soccer AM once in the last 15 years or so. No surprise that I didn't recognise him. Stupid segment to have on, but typical Sky I guess.

Was signing Luiz forced on Conte?

What kind of mad man signs David Luiz and willingly plays him centre back

Just talked about that on 5live - Conte and Luiz did talk before the deal was done.

There will be at least one goal tonight given away by a stupid error. Pretty nailed on I'd say.
