So, this idea came to me after watching the 'Easy Allies' podcast (amazing btw...if you've not seen it...they're great).

Anyways, the question was related to the new upcoming mini NES bundle that's coming out with games included.

IF you were told to put together the ultimate bundle for the SNES or Megadrive that will be released in the future, what would it be ?
    - Your list can ONLY contain 10 games.
    - Bear in mind, these are the games that will introduce a new generation to 2 of the greatest consoles ever, so maybe some variety in there.
    - This is not a mixed list. Seperate console bundles, should have probably been a seperate thread, but most of us growin up usually only had one or the other.

The good thing about this, is that if enough people post their suggestions/bundles...there are ways that everyone else can 'acquire' and experience these games. I don't think we can discuss emulators etc here.

I never had a SNES, so would love to see some suggestions on what you'd consider the perfect SNES bundle to give to a friend.

For me, being a Megadrive man...I'd go with

    =*=Megadrive=*=

    - Sonic 2
    - Comix Zone
    - Revenge of Shinobi
    - Streets of Rage 2
    - Road Rash 2
    - Gunstar Heroes
    - Desert Strike
    - Quackshot
    - Micro Machines 2 (the first 8 player console game I ever seen...maybe the first ever ? )
    - Castle of Illusion

I guess I'll be trying out some of these SNES games then. Though I've no idea how they hold up after 25 years

Some of the ones I picked defiantly hold up. Only played them recently. Although some are best played with 2 players I find.

Most SNES games hold up. Frankly, 2D game was pretty much perfected with the 16 bit era.
