Anyone have any info on what gilt are like as a company?
Looking at a job in their castletroy base

A few friends of mine have worked there and some still do. Never heard any complaints to be honest. Young staff in an office environment.

Their office is beside ours.

The impression I get is that it's pretty handy. The only stress you have is when pretty stuck up people (expensive products) ring up ans give you shít over stuff. Apparently though it's a nice place to work.

They pay monthly, friend of mine was complaining about that cause her housemate worked for them and had no money xD

Their staff seem to have gotten an awful lot younger since they became virgin media as well. Although I think they did a redundancy package when it was still UPC which probably got rid of a lot of older staff.

It's a nice place to work The hours are a bit irregular, to work around the US time zones.

Great atmosphere, but the pay isn't great.

Congrats. You don't know if they're still looking for people by any chance? Had an interview for retentions some months back but heard nothing back so would like to give care a chance if they were still recruiting.

Totaljobs is where you 'll find the vacancies , it's under sitel -retentions is 9.50 a hour plus commission , minimum 100 extra a week
