Too late for physio?

About three years ago I did some damage to my ankle. I'm not quite sure what it was - at the time I thought it was a fairly nasty sprain so I didn't get it checked by GP back then.

It's given a bit of bother in the last while, particularly when the weather changes. It's come to the stage that I don't think it was a bad sprain, more so maybe ligament damage. Is it too late to get it checked out by my doc and a physio?

No it's not too late. You need to get it checked out by a good physio, and possibly have a scan on it to see what is shown up
