Hi, looking to buy a basic long foam roller. I have a rumble roller but it's too intense so I don't use it enough. Any recommendations where to buy a long, flat roller that wont break the bank?

    Cheers!

Elvery's, most physios stock them, pop up in Lidl/Adli regularly, sports direct have them for €10.
Bargain basement a length of waving pipe.

Since you don't mention a budget it's hard to know, but I got mine here - https://physioneeds.biz/catalogsearch/result/?q=foam+roller
