Fairly busy open viewings today, anyone else pop along to have a look? A friend of mine lives there and she told me that what Phil has said is correct.
Both The Paddocks and the latest Park phase contain a very high amount of social housing.
There's a large amount of apartments too that were never sold on the open market.
they love it there though.
Probably the way all estates are going to be given the housing crisis.
Besides i think its sold out.
