If anyone has a receipt for an XBox One bought in game stop galway that the don't need! Bought one on black friday but its not connecting to the wireless but I can't find the receipt and they said I need it. Thanks :)

Did you sign up for a loyalty card when you bought it, or use a pre existing loyalty card? There'll be proof of purchase on there if so.
