Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Knee Injury

Anyone recommend a cardio exercise I could possibly do in gym with knee injury?

Can't run 100% at the moment - putting pressure on the knee is quite sore.

Not into weights and I love a good run! Just wondering if I am not thinking of something obvious that might not put pressure on the knee but I can still work up a sweat?

    Thanks.

Kinda depends what the injury is.

Something like cycling isn't weight bearing but that doesn't mean it won't exacerbate any injury.

Bike fit (ie fitting the bike for the rider) is very important and an ill fitted bike will give the user a lot of knee troubles.

OP, go to your doc or physio and don't do anything until you've gotten it seen to. My advice would be a chartered physiotherapist, but I wouldn't go seeking advice from an internet forum thats for sure.

Yeah fair enough - you are correct.

Need to bite the bullet and go see a professional.
