Irish version is so much better than UK gogglebox.
It's funny and entertaining while the UK version has got boring and is nasty and crude sometimes.

Only started watching very recently. I love the Cavan twins :D

Love UK version as well. Stephen is crude. He needs to get his momma back on it with him. She was brilliant.

Stephen is not just crude he can be vicious and snide . His husband contributes nothing except to gaze at Stephen and giggle !

    Agreed.

And when his mother was on with him, she mostly just contributed by giggling at everything he said.

No loss if he were to be dropped from the show. Not that it seems likely.

Other than the Siddiquis, the Malones, Jenny and Lee and maybe Giles and Mary I don't think I'd be bothered if they dropped the rest of them.

I would add in Dave and Shirley too.

Giles and Mary can be quite painful - IMO - but Mary is really painful of late, especially at any mention of Brexit.

Yeah, I think she has an Irish background as well which is strange.

The Malone's are great with Dave, their dog who watches the TV! I also like the Saddiquis.

Don’t know why but not really enjoying this season just seems very forced or flat. Maybe they are all trying to hard. Loved it every other year.

The three lads, can’t remember where they’re from but the beardy lad sits in the middle - haven’t been in the last few episodes. Them and the Limerick family are the only ones that make me laugh out loud.
Getting a bit bored of Angela and Eileen

    Angela and Eileen are terrible

    The internet isn’t for everyone
