Phase 6 off the job electrical pay

    Just wondering what the phase 6 pay is when you're in college?

    The figures solas give on their website says that that's gross pay. What's the actual take home pay?

    Also it has phase 6 pay and year 4 pay on their website.. Wouldn't most people be getting the year 4 pay in phase 6?
