Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone any experience of using these training programmes? All seem to focus on the squat, bench press and deadlift which is what I'm looking to improve on.

What sort of increases if any would I be likely to achieve on a 3 day intermediate programme?

What's you current squat, bench & deadlift? And bodyweight.
Have you maxed out linear progression? Current program etc.

Basically without specific info on your current level and training history, the answer is to everything is "it depends".
