I saw today there is a planning permission application, to build 500 properties (about 320 hours, and 180 apartments) along with a town center comprising of 16 retail units. They are being built to the south of the existing myrtle development, East of red Arches and west of clongriffin.

Its actually 550 apartments & houses - majority apartments ranging up to 6 stories. Its 379 apartments and 171 houses. Wouldn't be so bad if it were the reverse rather than creating apartments people don't really seem to want anymore. Not to mention traffic problems, availablility of schools etc this will create all over Baldoyle. Closing date for observations is 24th October
