Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I will be returning to 3rd level education during the evenings which means that my 3 nights in the gym per week will need to be cut to 1 night.

Just wondering if anyone out there can recommend a decent all over body work out program that will help me maintain muscle mass until exam time next summer?

Cheers in advance for any advice.

I'm sure you'll get a few suggestions, but imo 1 night per week is not enough to maintain anything... you are guaranteed to lose fitness/muscle mass eventually.

Does your college/university have a gym? Maybe you could arrive 20-30 mins earlier and do a workout?

    Go in the mornings instead?

Go once during the week and once at the weekend? Two full body workouts per week. Two (mostly compound) exercises per muscle group each session. Something like that?
