    So received an email Sunday saying free €5 top up on PAYG (bad enough ye conned me into this). Then Monday it said there was a delay in top up but would be applied shortly. Still not done and now I get ignored. I never asked for free top up and it is good of you to do so. However why tell a customer you are going to do this and then not bother? It is bad business practise
