swopping mobile number

    Hi  l pay for toms phone and pats phone. Tom got a new phone and number on a different provider. Tom still has a year left on his contract and pat is out of contract. Rather than paying toms bill for a phone that won't be used can I transfer pats number over to toms contract and cancel pats contract. Pat needs to keep his old number. Thanks. Hope it makes sense.

    I am afraid this would not be something you would be able to do for you. You will need to pay for the remainder of the contract. 

    I would recommend you contact our loyalty team on 1901 (option 4) and the guys will be happy to look into any discounts or promotions that may be available.
