Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I am hoping one you kind folk could direct me towards a website or where i could get info on a routine which may be able to provide a simple ,shortish 3 day , 3 sets (back, chest, legs - something like that) routine .

I have 2 babies at home so if it was a short routine that would be super due to time constraints.

Original purpose was to strengthen up muscles in back as I sit at desk for 8 hours a day working on software, but would like to put on a bit of muscle also as a secondary req.

    Thanks guys

Ideally do A-E but try getting through A-C and seeing if there's time for D and E

Google Wendler 5/3/1. As a straightforward get in get out go home type programme it's great. It's main strengths are is that it's simple and can be done pretty quickly
