No Gas account (GPRN)

    I'm currently moving out from an house which i didn't had a GAS account. 

    Now that' i'm moving they are requesting the GPRN of the current address to get back my deposit back. 
     

    Even without having a gas account (only electricity) do we have a GPRN?


    I couldn't find anything on the bill (just the MPRN).

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    You should not need a GPRN if you only had an electricity account with us. Was there gas at the address even if you were not registered with us?

    If you send us a private message, we can look into this further for you.

    We will require the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
