    which one of these is the best to buy when it comes to travel insurance?

    I normally go with aa travel.

    Do not use MultiTrip.Com aka Blue Insurance aka InsureAndGo
    It has been over 3 years since my trip to the USA and they still have not paid my claim.
    With them everything has to be done by snail mail so it is painfully slow.
    I sent them the information they wanted, then they asked for something else they did not need. I sent that then they asked for something else they did not need. I complained and have heard nothing since.

    I have used multitrip.com and VHI in past.

    It depends on trip circumstances.

    Have you private health insurance?

    How long are you going for (e.g. many won't cover more than 60 days, i was in us for 85 and had to pay additional to VHI recently to cover me).

    Are you doing anything out of ordinary e.g. extreme sports?

    Going for 3 weeks. Well be doing ice skating while in the city. AA have been my choice for the 4 trips over

    Just wondering if anyone can advise me....
    Will insurance companies cover a cancer sufferer, finished chemotherapy two months previous, on a trip to USA for a week in Feb.
    Will they cover flight cancellations should this be needed?
    His own health insurance doesn't cover him abroad.

    They will probably cover delays, missed connnections, lost baggage etc. For health cover, get in touch and see. They may cover him for a higher premium but not sure for a recent cancer sufferers though.
