I have not heard of this brand. Does not mean its a bad thing !

Have you tried googling for the brand ? http://caretero.pl/en/about-us/
I am very careful with car seats and prefer to buy them based on safety rating as well as useability .
I try to look for car seats that have passed the Swedish plus test but once it meets ECE R44/04 it is ok to use in Europe .
