Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hope this is the right section. I am currently using pen and paper for accounts. Any know a package where I could enter the paper invoices without having to enter the whole invoice again. In other words the customer would see the invoice number on the statement but the detail would be in paper copy. Many thanks.

I presume most of the packages can do it tbh. I use Quickbooks. It's relatively cheap. It's easy enough to use and for someone starting out with a computer system mistakes can be more easily altered than the likes of sage. Hardest part would be setting up your customers names but once they are in once they appear next time. I may even have a spare 2016 version lying around !

Personally, i d recommend using quickbooks on line. No more faffing with disc updates etc.

Monthly charge normally much cheaper than annual up grades and can access using a tablet phone not just on the office/home pc.. oh and possible to link bank accounts for update to records.
