Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Do I need a drivers license to join the garda or will they provide driving lessons during the time at Gerda college if I get accepted ?

    No, it is not a requirement to join AGS and there is no driving lessons provided.

    Hi guys was hoping someone could help. I passed my fitness test last week and was basically told I'd be starting in templemore in November by one of the sergeants on the day. Of course nothing is official and everything has been delayed so far but just with regards work and my notice etc. How long before you start will they tell you?
    As I said it's now been a week and I haven't heard a thing with an apparent start date in november?

    It'll be a few weeks. Probably mid October.
