    So we just have to accept lateness it seems. Sure it's grand - an attitude that has served Irish public transport well.
    .

    A good company with a corporate account will prioritise the account over random callers. they tend to make sure they are on time, and efficient. they will allocate a driver and give him sufficient time to arrive on time.

    however what your not considering is the effect of traffic on how long it takes to get form A to B. if there are unforeseeable delays like a crash that slows traffic, this does actually affect the taxis too. with the best of will, it can and will happen. with a good company it wont be the norm.
