Thank you for getting in touch.

Yes, we can indeed have a look - just PM us the Electric Ireland gas account number in question, state that you are the account-holder and how your name appears on the account, and confirm your address and date of birth.

The things we would check for are whether the bill is estimated or based on a meter-reading, and if it is based on a meter-reading, was the previous bill (or bills) estimated? We would also check to see how many days the bill covers, in case there was a delay with the gas meter being read.
