I have a Hotpoint AQGMD149 washing machine + dryer and it has some issues:

1. The dryer is not working - the program starts, it starts spinning the clothes but there is no heat coming. So after the program ends, the clothes are still wet

2. There is a loud clicking noise coming from the machine while the drum rotates

Any ideas what's wrong and how much it'll cost to be fixed?
