Nurses Pension after death

Hi My boyfriend mother passed away and she was getting a Nurses pension every month by cheque, what happens with this now. She retired before retirement age because of ill health. Any help appreciated. Thanks,

The pension as such ends but there may be spousal pension or dependant child pension payments. It seems your BF is over 18 so unless his father is alive, the pension well cease.
