    Ticketmaster rang me a few mins ago, I was only able to get 1 standing ticket this morning, they asked me would I like any more and I said I was originally looking for 2 seated tickets so he cancelled the standing ticket and sorted me with 2 seats. :)

    Delighted to hear that. Someone really messed up on their end this morning and given their fees are so high I'm glad to hear they're looking after their customers.

    I missed a call from them so they followed up with an e-mail and are hopefully going to sort me with an additional ticket!

    pretty good customer service I have to say.

    Tickets are pricey alright, but having seen Guy Garvey in the Olympia last year, it will be well worth it to see Elbow!
