Ticketmaster rang me a few mins ago, I was only able to get 1 standing ticket this morning, they asked me would I like any more and I said I was originally looking for 2 seated tickets so he cancelled the standing ticket and sorted me with 2 seats.

They're quite pricey aren't they?

Delighted to hear that. Someone really messed up on their end this morning and given their fees are so high I'm glad to hear they're looking after their customers.

I missed a call from them so they followed up with an e-mail and are hopefully going to sort me with an additional ticket!

pretty good customer service I have to say.

Tickets are pricey alright, but having seen Guy Garvey in the Olympia last year, it will be well worth it to see Elbow!
