Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Crazy isn't it! The same house around here would be €180K! I could never justify it! That house for 1.65 million tho!!

The couple who walked away at 340,000 apparently bought a similar style house in the same area. Presumably they stuck to an amount around their final offer, so there are obviously better buys in Kimmage.
I know the house was beautifully done up, but I still think it was a ridiculous price to pay.

That guy really got on my wick!!! And the other estate agent who was just so, so concerned for all the people who turned up to view that house in Kimmage, frantically phoning in with offers. He was so fake! Sure he was only thrilled to be getting his piece of the pie.
