Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Flexi hose tap connector / adapter

Decided to replace my existing creaky old mixer tap.
Picked up a replacement in Ikea.
Turned off the water, out with the old and in with the new. Sadly I didn't think to check that the end of the flexi hose was the same as the existing one. The one from ikea has an accompanying nut and olive to connect directly to the feed pipe.

I don't really want to go removing the existing connector and built in valve. I assume I can get something to join the ikea Hose to the existing pipe work

    Any advice greatly appreciated :)

Add a small piece of pipe with a nut
    & ring on each end.
